Fall Fiber Festivals are Coming Up
I’ve been getting ready to offer all kinds of new colorways and kits and gradient sets. I’m super excited to have you come out and see what I’ve made for you.
First up is Shenandoah Valley Fiber Festival. It’s the weekend of September 23 and 24. We finally got a permanent inside space. We will be in the Arts and Crafts building booths 11 and 12 at the front on the left. Click here for an interactive map. I’ll be sharing this booth with Dawn of Grindstone Ridge Farm and she will have soaps, needle felting kits and her wonderful figurines and creatively made dryer balls.
We will be traveling to Montpelier Station in Orange, Virginia for the Fall Fiber Festival. It is on October 7 and 8. This is one of the sweetest festivals. It takes place in a large field that was once part of James Madison’s estate. We are in Tent III.
And then there’s Rhinebeck on October 21 and 22. There’s nothing like Rhinebeck and we can’t wait to be back again this year. We are in Building A. The weather is usually fantastic! Everyone is out in their special Rhinebeck sweaters. The food is good and diverse. If you haven’t gone, you really need to put this festival on your bucket list, because it is just that good.
And if you can’t get to any of these festivals and you see something here that you want to add to your collection, just send me a message and let me know. I can send you a skein or two. I won’t be putting these skeins up on the website until after these shows.
